Please be reassured that the agencies in the Gateway partnership are still operating remotely. Navigators are still able to offer initial advice and support and refer to available services. We are however experiencing unprecedented demand and so it may take us longer to respond to referrals. You may wish to look at our service map if you would like to contact services directly or alternatively use helplines for emotional support whilst you wait. If you have recently been assaulted please see information here. If you feel in crisis with your mental health please contact your local crisis team.
We know that it may be challenging for some to talk due to reduced privacy and/or increased caring responsibilities and so please let us know if you have a preferred time or method for safe contact when you self-refer.
